About Scott Smith
I started Rooftight in 1995 and for over 20 years I have been building award winning homes and none of it feels like work. With zero homebuilding experience, I learned every aspect of building through working alongside my trades and asking a lot of questions. I never stop learning, and thats the joy that gets me up everyday. I'm often asked what sets us apart and my answer is always the same, it's the sum of all the parts in our homes, the care taken by all our staff, that produces a feel to our finish. We are different, because I am different. I see things on a different level and am more interested in what I don't know than what I do know. True growth is always found outside your comfort zone.
