In October 2019 I launched my self titled, 'Scott Yonehiro' Youtube channel with my first project, 'The 180º in 90' Daily Vlog. The first 90 episodes of this daily vlog will follow my step by step process on losing 50 lbs in 90 days. I started planning for this channel launch, and began picking up the weight in February 2019, to successfully both gain 50 lbs and launch this vlog by October 2019. I had various duties as a personal trainer for my clients. I provided one to one guidance and fitness instructions to clients and helped them to attain and surpass fitness goals. I analyzed and tested the physical condition of prospective clients, and designed workout programs that helped attain the needs of the client. I also tracked, recorded, and analyzed each client's progress. As the owner of my business I was completely mobile and would meet with clients at their corporate offices, hotels, gyms, and private homes. As a certified personal trainer my basic duties would include but not be limited to the following:- Understand the needs of the client and plan the workout routine accordingly.- Choose correct set of exercises for the client.- Demonstrate the exercises and ensure that the client is performing the exercises correctly.- Explain the effects of particular exercises to the client.- Ensure that the exercise equipment are in good condition.- Motivate the client to achieve the set fitness goals.- Be punctual and ensure that the designed workout routine is followed properly.- Design a rehabilitation program in case the client suffers from an injury.- Provide nutrition and fitness tips to the client to enhance the workout program.
