I talked to decision-makers at small businesses about software that would help streamline their shipping and invoicing, put together a software package that fit their specific needs, and oversaw the implementation/integration of the software once I'd sold it, to make sure it helped them the way they needed.

I talked to K-12 parents and students and helped them with their research about online schools. I did my very best to always take every family's needs seriously and give the best, most accurate information that I could. By encouraging parents to take time in making their decision and taking the time to listen, I was able to achieve my enrollment goals for the company I worked for while feeling great that I was able to help my clients.

I worked the 3-11 shift answering burglary, fire, and medical pendant alarms. I reassured people after their home had been robbed or destroyed, talked people through serious medical emergencies, and was the first to tell people that their parent had passed away. From this job, I learned how important it is for companies to view every single customer as a human being.
