Administrate the National RTAP Learning Management System (LMS), an eLearning platform that provides free professional training to rural and tribal transit agencies. Manage development teams from inception to completion of new eLearning courses and content. Act as a resource for technical assistance and promote National RTAP at regional and national conferences.

Manage all aspects of administration and operations at a highly innovative and award-winning Transportation Management Association (TMA). Work closely with elected officials at the local and state levels as well as senior management in seven member municipalities and twelve corporate members to devise and implement effective Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategies that increase mobility and economic growth while decreasing traffic congestion and air pollution. - Develop and manage the organization's annual budget. - Oversee a Central Dispatch Call Center for public and private fixed-route shuttles as well as municipal Dial-A-Ride services.- Plan and execute transportation work plans for each corporate member.- Work with each municipal member to establish new transportation networks.- Write grant proposals, manage various federal and state grants; submit all necessary reports and metrics.- Maintain and update engaging website and social media accounts.- Act as a subject matter expert for other regions and entities hoping to implement similar programs and present when invited at conferences and other public speaking engagements.- Develop and nurture relationships with new partners and members.

Edited and finalized policy reports pertaining to transportation, transit-oriented development, and sustainability. Conducted a literature review for Cape Cod Young Professionals related to economic development on Cape Cod; specifically, strategies to retain and attract young workers and develop a more year-round economy to support them.

Investigated and reported on a range of issues pertaining to transportation policy in Massachusetts from transit equity to transportation finance to sustainability. As a "think and do tank" the Dukakis Center incorporates this research into studies and reports with the goal of informing public debate, shedding light on complicated issues, and helping to form thoughtful and responsible public policy.

Researched topics related to economic development and job growth and presented findings to help inform the direction of this non-profit, non-partisan 501(c)(4) public policy group comprised of chief executive officers of some of the largest employers in Massachusetts.
