Administrate the National RTAP Learning Management System (LMS), an eLearning platform that provides free professional training to rural and tribal transit agencies. Manage development teams from inception to completion of new eLearning courses and content. Act as a resource for technical assistance and promote National RTAP at regional and national conferences.

Manage all aspects of administration and operations at a highly innovative and award-winning Transportation Management Association (TMA).
