Successfully lead tax appeal efforts for plants in New York, Maine and Illinois. Developed an extensive knowledge of the electric markets from both the utility and IPP perspectives.Holds an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering.
