Scout’s passion lies at the crossroads of disability services and the arts, and she knows firsthand how important quality care and meaningful experiences are to those in the IDD world. Before joining the team at SETWorks, Scout worked at IDD organizations, and has a brother and many friends who benefit from the services they provide. She is proud to contribute to their success and the disability service space through SETWorks. When she isn’t organizing logistics for an industry partner conference or building outreach communications, her nose can be found in a book, a crossword puzzle, studying Missouri’s native plants, or boogie-ing at the local disco.
