I work directly with Founders and CEO's Linda and Charlie Lotshaw in a clean execution of an annual events throughout the west. Rallying community volunteers, public/media relations, paperwork with local school districts, configuring bussing schedules, booking travel arrangements and team building, outreach and much more.

I started my position here working on creating workshops for girls to participate in during the annual stem month. I developed activities and lessons based around relevant badges and levels of the girls. I was then able to start focusing on recruiting as school was coming back into session and I managed the recruiting efforts for over 3000 members. Day-to-day tasks included communicating with community organization local schools following up on leads and creating materials for event promotion & training others through briefings before they went to events.

I used company provided digital materials as well as physical teaching aids and props over a video chatting platform to teach english. Each class was around 30 minutes and would have up to four students ranging in age from three years old to 13 years old. These kids were primarily from China as well as a few other Asian countries. Each lesson teachers are randomly assigned students and I have a proximately 24 hours to review the digital materials they will be teaching. It was a very high energy upbeat and fun classroom environment despite having to work in the middle of the night because of time differences.

Directly working with over 100 members, coordinating social media and engagement, as well as planned weekend State Leadership Conference with over 2,000 attendees. I also coordinated regular leadership and training meetings across the state at various colleges, interned 10 hours a week at the Idaho State Career Technical Education office, up-kept the website and social media channels, and trained my replacement when my term was completed.

Collaborated with a team of interns and designed a WordPress website widgets for a mobile and desktop guide filled with a variety of self-researched tips on how to go zero waste. Coordinated and organized a list of local media contacts, a recommended book list, and distributed press releases.

I worked to ensure the safety of the youth at our club as well as plan and organize daily activities and programs in all core Program Areas, including running the daily art program, and the weekly anti-drug and pro-healthy choices workshop. I also helped Club members to make new friends and provide opportunities for fun and constructive use of their time after school and during the summer months. All the while I made sure to keep equipment, facilities, and grounds clean and attractive and always be a positive role model!

In this position, I was dedicated to serving the children and families in the most deserving communities in the Saint Louis Area. This meant driving my fellow team members along a route to local apartments, parks, and pools where we would set up a portable food serving station for those kids that otherwise wouldn't get meals during the summer. While teaching the children about healthy eating habits, we also coached them on how to keep their bodies healthy and active by playing games and participating in sports we led. I was in charge of the daily art program as well where I designed an arts and crafts project and packed the supplies from the warehouse then led the kid's step by step while encouraging creativity.

I worked hands-on with customers to increase sales and card acquisition. Helping attend to various daily and weekly tasks from cleaning to running reports to assisting customers on the sales floor between recovering clothing tables and walls. I also prepared ordered to be shipped out of the store and worked early morning to stock the sales floor. Throughout all of this, I trained my peers on how to prevent company losses and how to report actual or potential losses.

I represent students in college council meetings and vote on motions that improve student experience. I collaborate with faculty, staff, clubs, and other organizations to promote student success and improve the safety of students on campus. I communicate with students and advocate for their needs and interests. I served as a member of the Pulse Committee where I help produce and publish the school's newsletter for campus-wide distribution. I also served as a member of ASCWI's Meet and Greet committee who is responsible for easing the transition of students entering CWI.

I worked with high school student at Nampa High School on a varying schedule assisting the head director in putting together multiple annual performances. Working on everything from set design, lighting, sound, actors vocals and character development to marketing for the play. I run a theater club separate from students whom are cast in the play, where i compose weekly lessons, activities, and goals for them to accomplish throughout the school year to prepare them for theater in the professional world and the end of the year cumulative performance.
