Managed a team of 7 including scheduling. Responsible for ordering and managing stock of the Specialty Department (including cheese, wine, beer, chocolate, and coffee) and keeping accurate records of orders, cutting schedule for cheese, etc. This role was very data-driven and really helped me hone my skills for both big-picture problem solving and small-scale production scheduling.

Responsibilities included creating and pricing catering, creating in-house cheese and charcuterie boards, and managing supply of both domestic and imported cheeses. High focus on customer experience and education led to me creating and implementing a curriculum for Cheese 101, a class on cheese history and pairing for our clients.
