Spearheaded the complete rebranding initiative to transition multiple legacy brands into Coastal Health, managing all aspects of HR/personnel, marketing, business development, and operational/system protocols. Formulated and implemented strategic protocols to incorporate offshore administrative support from India and Colombia, optimizing scheduling, referral management, and authorization divisions. Conducted comprehensive evaluations of market needs, financial modeling, and risk assessment for new service lines, affiliated entities, and acquisition opportunities, including Coastal Injury Clinic, Covid Lab, Orthopedics, and Anesthesia.* Superintended the operations of over 560 employees, including 108 providers, across 50 locations in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.* Served as CFO and Partner of three surgery centers and COO of Coastal Health concurrently.* Direct operations handling over 28,000 unique monthly office visits, primarily in core specialties such as Primary Care, Pediatrics, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Nephrology, Psychology, Anesthesia, Injury Clinic, and Advanced Imaging. * As creator and chair of an EHR Transformation committee, unified six legacy EHR systems and two practice management environments into a single platform utilized by all specialties, significantly enhancing practitioner access to patient records, referral management and patient communication. The resulting outcome was a reduction of Days in AR to 28 on average and reduced departmental labor costs by 15%. * Developed a centralized communications team tasked with answering all phone calls within 18 seconds or less, resulting in a nearly 40% reduction of overall phone calls and a 98%+ average first call answer rate.* Led the design, development, and operationalization of over 77,000 square feet of new clinical and administrative office locations.
