• Ensures integrity and efficiency of deployment activities into the PAT and PROD environments• Collaborate with TS, ITS, Vendors and External Teams to complete the System Implementation Plan (SIP) and Master Event Schedule (MES) for PAT and PROD deployments• Continuous review of the MES with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and best practices of the deployment activities are met and any risk is mitigated• Manage ServiceNow change request creation to ensure accuracy and lead times are met• Navigate the Change Management process to ensure the change requests are approved in a timely fashion• Provide timely and detailed status updates on the deployment activities in PAT and PROD as they progress (including different levels of management as required).• Assist in escalating issues that are impacting deployment activities

-Coordinate and execute the change review and approval process on a daily basis, providing both process and client support-Review submitted Change requests for completeness, integrity and compliance with best practices and requirements-Evaluate risk and impact associated with submitted Changes-Facilitate collision mitigation and conflict resolution activities-Manage/Run various Change Management related meetings-Participate in Enterprise Change Management initiated CAB meetings-Serve as a Subject Matter Expert representing CTS Change Management team on cross-functional and cross line of business meetings, initiatives and special projects.
