· Manage projects for multiple customers to include: creating project scope; developing budgets, quoting labor and complete management of project from scope of work with crew members through final punch list with customer. · Create and review punch list documents and Charge Order Forms.· Create job manifests per project. · Manage the day to day operations for Space Planning department (MACs, work orders, ergonomics, events and safety) for Weyerhaeuser’s Corporate Campus: 6 buildings, 923,000 square feet, 1500 occupants· Managed relocation of systems furniture from Federal Way, WA to Centennial, CO. Project consisted of furniture acquisition, loading, logistics and installation. Worked with onsite labor, electrical and data teams.· Managed Weyerhaeuser’s downsizing from 16 buildings 1.6 million square feet and 3500 staff to 6 buildings 923,000 square feet and 1500 staff. · Managed the decommissioning of 10 buildings. Liquidating, donating, selling and storing systems furniture and ancillary items. Setting the buildings back to Owner requirements; patch, paint, data/electrical removal and building standards.· Relocated the furniture warehouse form 55,000 square foot space to 22,250 square foot space to 17,000 square foot space in a 3 year span.· Managed the Weyerhaeuser furniture donation process. Donating 200 work stations to local non-profit organizations. Projects consisted of drawings, inventory pull, trucking and installation.· Managed the completion of large projects consisting of 2850 workstation build outs/reconfigures and successfully moved 1300 staff throughout multiple buildings. Managed the onsite staff, subcontractors and electricians. Maintained project schedule, budget and customer service throughout each project.· Managed the purchase and logistics of 850 used workstations from Boston, MA to Federal Way, WA. · The Weyerhaeuser Account was selected as McKinstry’s “Project of the Year” in 2006.

· Managed the day to day operations for Space Planning department (MACs, work orders, ergonomics, events and safety) for Weyerhaeuser’s Corporate Campus, managing 24 staff including fleet, uniforms, reviews, schedule and staffing.· 20 buildings 2 million square feet, 4500 staff· Developed technical requirements, policies and procedures for documentation within Space Planning department.· 4 years incident-free performance for Space Planning Team.· Centralized Space Planning team at a cost savings of $200,000 per year, leading to reduction of staff and fleet.· Managed the first Space Planning team to service Weyerhaeuser outside their Federal Way corporate campus including; Washington, Oregon, California and Canada. Projects included: Staffing, logistics, budget and customer service.· Saved Weyerhaeuser 8 million dollars on furniture purchases by utilizing used furniture market.· Refreshed Weyerhaeuser’s executive floor; liquidated old furniture and built out 30 new Herman Miller workstations. Moved executive staff to swing space and back to refreshed space.· Relocated Quadrant Homes from Bellevue to Redmond. 150 workstations removed and relocated, moving 100 staff.· Managed multiple reconfigure/move projects over 198,000 square feet of office space.· Managed an average of 12,000+ work orders and 1000+ moves per calendar and year for Weyerhaeuser Campus.· Liquidated furniture warehouse and consolidated into 55,000 square foot warehouse, resulting in cost savings of $125,000 per year.· Instituted an accurate inventory of all products, allowing all work to be done on time and during normal business hours,
