Not only will this increase productivity it will also eliminate dealing with the administration of exchanges later on.✔ Data Management. Keep a log of which departments are purchasing what boots/shoes and the make-up of that footwear. This will be beneficial information to have on file for audits or if there is footwear that is deteriorating faster than others.✔ Purchase history trackability. Keeping a live spreadsheet with employee names and purchase dates will eliminate the guess work around when an employee is due for their footwear.
