I managed a team of lifeguards and swimming instructors for the community pool at the on-campus recreation facility. I trained, hired, and evaluated my staff. Kept the pool facility up to government standards. Coordinated and communicated with other supervisors to ensure top operating standards of the entire recreation facility.
