GlassIG is an innovative Software Vendor with the aim of providing market leading and cost effective GDPR and Information Governance solutions both OnPrem and in the Cloud.Provided executive leadership for this VC-funded Software company with subsidiaries, partners and customers located both in the United States and in Europe.Led operations and strategic direction with full P&L responsibility. Provided cross-functional management: driving direct VP in R&D, M&S and Professional Services business units. Directly in charge of the G&A team. In charge to drive the company strategy, interface with the Board of Directors, coordinate fund-raising and M&A activities, establish strategic alliances, manage key customers and provide functional and technical guidance to product engineering group.

In charge of the Product Management, Product Owners and Product Documentation Teams for the different RSD Product Lines (ECM/Archiving - InfoGov/RM). The team is currently developing a disruptive semantic technology which automatically understands the various concepts available in any unstructured documents and match them with texts of similar meaning.- HyperWeek SA | Advisory Board Member (July 2009 to 2012) Shaping the business strategy and acting as a coach for the CEO. The team is developing an easy to customize social platform which ideally fits with the needs of public brands to better engage with their audiences while preserving the relationships with their customers. Hyperweek is now also offering its platform as a “Social Business” edition to help mid-sized companies better engage with their customers, partners and employees. - Sobees SA | Product Strategy Consulting (October 2010 to 2011)Help transitioned the strategy from a social deck to a personalized digital magazine to aggregate, surface, curate and share relevant news and articles on tablet devices. Overall responsibility for the product management and development of the Jahia product lines from the core platform for tech-savvies to the user-centric applications on top. Led the international product management & development teams. Acted as the Chief Product Owner in charge of the overall product strategy, the definition and prioritization of the product roadmap, the overall management of the team and the product delivery to customers.Board Member and acting as CxO. Managed the fast growth of an internet, VC-funded, start-up from a small 10+ to a 50+ employees. The start-up was focused on the development of a B2B Marketplace of reusable applications connected to a free and Open Sourced Corporate Portal Server. I was in charge of all the operations acting both at a field and top-management level.

Co-funded a Content Management System (CMS) software company focused on helping non-technical end-users easily create and publish their content. I was in charge of the business development, the product marketing and the internal operations. The company was successfully sold to MyComponents, Inc.
