Responsible for leading the implementation, management and execution of the technical aspects of the marketing strategies for the territory. Support South Latin Business Unit Technical team in the evaluation and implementation of new: technologies, processes and packages, within Argentina bottler system to introduce Still and non-carbonated sensible products in the market. Assure continuity of supply of our current packages and brands, reviewing sales trends versus Bottler and Suppliers current production capacities and capabilities. Influencing them to do the required investments to expand capacities.Assure raw materials and packages supply to support sales growth in Argentina Franchise UnitSupport the Market Development group in the introduction of additional carbonated beverages in the region and Identify opportunities in the system to lower our products manufacturing cost and influence in the implementation of practices to increment the affordability of our products. Support the accomplishment of Quality, Environmental, Safety standards by verifying performance and including timely reviews of plans, programs and corrective actions

• Mis principales responsabilidades son:- Experto en manufactura e ingenieria de procesos en Expert Network de Nestle PTC para linea de productos de bebidas en polvo chocolatadas y cereales infantiles. Diseño, implementación y soporte de nuevos procesos en todas las operaciones a nivel global. - Acompañar el desarrollo y desempeño de mi equipo a través de herramientas de coaching y desarrollo personal. - Brindar soporte a la red internacional de expertos de bebidas. Asistencia a fábricas de Brasil durante 2011.- Implementar acciones destinadas a mejorar el clima organizacional. - Desarrollar proyectos de actualización técnica de líneas de fabricación/envase y desarrollos de competencias. - Entrenar y liderar personal clave alineado con alto estándares de servicio al cliente. - Ejecutar y controlar presupuesto de materiales, mano de obra, energía, gastos fijos y diversos de fabricación.- Definición de CapEx alineado con Masterplan. - Responsable de fábrica en ausencia de gerencia- Recibí entrenamiento en Rive Reine, Suiza para formación como Gerente de fábrica / R&D Head como parte del proceso de desarrollo de liderazgo y R&D and Technology Management para jefatura de planta.

- Formación como experto de proceso en workshops en Chile, Brasil, Suiza, Francia. - Analisis de procesos de fabricación, envase y cadena de distribución y ejecución de planes de mejora. - Diseño de nuevas líneas de producción y envase. - Mejoras de rendimientos y performance de líneas clave, propuestas y ejecución de inversiones. - Ejecución en planta del proceso de I&R mediante tareas conjuntas con Marketing, Supply Chain y Application Group.
