Director of the National Center's Free Enterprise Project, aimed at returning viewpoint diversity, open expression and thoughtful contribution to America's corporate workplaces, while keeping corporations focused on business success rather than political interference; and general counsel for the Center. Former law professor who taught things such as the high and heavy responsibility of fiduciary duties and the just liabilities for their breach, and that true property interests differ wildly from custodial control.
