I am the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Mishcon de Reya Group (Operations) Limited, one of the group companies of Mishcon de Reya.The role is there to understand the present use and adoption of technology, to look over the horizon at emerging and alternative technology and blend both towards promoting and supporting the business strategy.As a senior member of the Technology team l provide guidance, oversight and advice to the key stakeholders inside and outside of the Technology team, particularly focusing on aligning the decisions made on technology investment and governance to achieve improved outcomes, lower risk and greater collaboration.Bringing many years experience of law firm operation and technology appreciation along with a good business acumen and innovative approach to Technology delivery, I am excited by what can be achieved with a great team of motivated people with a shared love of excellence and vision.Specialties: Applying technology and innovation to law firm operation; stakeholder and Vendor management; Team Leadership and mentoring.
