It's the feeling I get when a student falls in-love with diving that keeps me coming back for more.Aside from a passion for diving, I also love to work with professionals who strive for the same high level of service and training that I bring to an organization and that customers expect. Having spent 14 years managing large scale customer service organizations at several fortune 100 companies in the US, I have a unique understanding of customer expectations and business operations.
