Effective January 1, 2020, I opened my law practice as the President of Weiss Law Offices, P.C. I concentrate my practice in admiralty and maritime law, import and export, international trade and domestic and international transport laws. As a highly skilled negotiator and commercial litigator, I provide Fortune 500 and mid-market companies with exemplary representation in cases involving ocean shipping and transport agreements, insurance coverage issues, business transactions, industrial leases, warehousing, as well as various service and sales contracts. While working full time as a lawyer I earned my MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and laid a solid foundation for counseling business clients on operations management, finance and strategy.
