During 2013, Steven found out that there is a large interest in birding courses, and that this is currently only fullfilled by voluntary local birding groups. As there is a large quality improvement possible with little increase in costs, Steven decided to set up his own company: Jizzbirding. As tour group leader Steven has lead many bird watching trips, mainly to the Greek island Lesvos.

Team manager of one of the Netherlands' most advanced bakeries; Van Vessem & Le Patichou originates from Haarlem and is currently expanding their stores towards Amsterdam. As Team Manager I am responsible for all activities on the (future) bakery shops in Amsterdam, first one opened july 2011 at Maasstraat.
