• Define future state enterprise technology infrastructure to enable successful transformation of the company• Ensure strategy driven alignment of the processes, systems, people and structure needed to achieve Business Architecture vision• Finance lead for Order Management, AR, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition – ensure successful envisioning, define and planning phase exits for the projects• Identify and provide inputs on key business drivers, risk indicators, functional/non-functional requirements • Ensure flawless execution on company initiatives by building a framework and flexible resourcing model• Define scope of work, project plan, timeline and resourcing needs for each project• Partner with ELT, internal stakeholders, business partners and IT to ensure seamless execution of the initiative • Advocate of change management , manage OCM across the business during the engagement• Facilitate project workshops, provide directives to the business to achieve the objective of the workshop

• Manage new transitions into the process resulting in seamless transitioning of the process• Develop cost benefit analysis for the new transitions• Setting up benchmark for the control on operation expenditure• Setting up targets and goals for the process• Managing Quality Circle of the team• Undertaking responsibilities of identifying and removing redundant activities in the process for efficient functionality• Work with IT counterparts on developing the tools for the process• Ensuring uniformity in the process understanding at the client’s and the organization’s end• Review high risk quotient orders/address customer concerns/handle escalations• Analyze the concessions being provided to the customers, authorize and approve the same• Attended regular call calibration sessions, ensuring all sites were working to the same standards• Preparation of executive staff reporting metrics on monthly/quarterly basis• Managing a team of 16 individuals/monitor team reporting and activities• Conducting performance appraisals to ensure effective motivation of the team members• Identify potential areas for grooming Team members through regular assessments & mentoring• Planning the staffing structure in the future course on the projections given• Ensuring that the quality and services parameters are met at all levels. Analysing the training need & accordingly preparing training modules for imparting training on soft skills/ product/ process
