CurrentPlanning, Scheduling, Coordinating and Monitoring of all vehicle movements in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies and procedures.Communicate clearly, professionally and in a timely manner with company employees.Represent the company to its customers and the public in a professional and courteous manner.Reviews manifests provided, schedules and dispatches drivers.Accurately enter information into AS400, TCP, Route ware or designated software, as instructed.Troubleshoot and Repair Routeware TabletsMaintain Nord|Sense platform pilot program to ensure the accuracy of sensor technology working proficiently and effectively.Fill open runs or make driver or trip reassignments to ensure timely service.Maintaining awareness of open runs and upcoming late trips; adjusting as necessary.Maintains records, logs, and schedules of the calls received to schedule services, drivers dispatched, and customer requests and complaints.Accurately prepares reports on all activities occurring during shifts or as requested.Directs drivers and follow procedures upon drivers’ reports of incidents.Assigns employees to balance workload.Arranges alternate coverage of service in case of employee absence or equipment failure.Assists with the daily inspection and follow through of proper maintenance and repair of equipment and/or vehicles as appropriate.Monitors work to ensure efficient and effective operations.Observes operational practices and enforces safety policies and procedures.Investigates and resolves customer inquiries and complaints.Recommend rate adjustments, ensures delinquent account collection, and resolves customer and vendor billing disputes.Identifies potential rule infractions, and working with Operations Manager, assists in the avoidance and correction of existing cases.
