Managing all aspects of the UK division of MailPerformance.

Managing the operational side of MailPerformance UK: Production, Client services, Pre sales, Technical Support, email consultancy, deliverability services, running the User Groups.The main focus of the role is to ensure that my clients are fully supported in all aspects of their email marketing. From initial training through ongoing technical and strategic support and guidance.

IPT ltd is a leader in online direct marketing services, focussing on the provision of Email Marketing services. IPT manages three main areas of emailing activity: List Rental, Internal site promotion (traffic) and its own Email Service Provider division.During my time at IPT I ran the Email Production teams, managing all operational aspects of IPT's Emailing services. Building the Email Production team from scratch; working with sales, development and IT divisions to design appropriate and efficient services in each of the distinct emailing arenas offered by the company. Eventually my focus was within the Email Service Provider division (beginning as EmailBureau in 2002 becoming MailPerformance in 2008.

• Building a strong and dedicated team, working intelligently for our clients.• Managing over 2000 campaigns per month, across upwards of 100 clients. At the peak IPT broadcast over 140 million emails per month.• Working with the Development team to build in house emailing application (EASe).• Successfully migrating entire internal and client base onto 3 successive new email platforms.• Creating an ASP 'Self Service' support and training unit across the email platforms.• Ensuring that email awareness, e.g. keys to deliverability, best practice in design & data selection was disseminated across production and sales divisions.• Worked closely with clients to improve deliverability and increase their general knowledge of emailing.• UK Management team for migration to, and launch of, leading French email service provider MailPerformance into the UK market.• Improve the up selling opportunities to clients by producing and maintaining Support Documentation for internal and external use, e.g. documenting 'real world' examples of applications for the varied functionality of the email platforms.• Developed Service Level agreements and Rate Cards for services offered.
