I have designed and executed hundreds of projects using both traditional methods (behavioural & cognitive analysis) as well as more ‘experimental’ forms (i.e., semantics & discourse analysis, semiology & ethnomethodology, ethnography, Delphi technique, systemic analysis of communication patterns & narratives, etc) in order to create, decode and optimise concepts & messages, used in marketing, communication & media.Since 2016, I have been trained and certified as a Mindfulness Instructor, adhering to BAMBA -the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches. Moreover, I have been certified as an Interpersonal Mediator; I hold the Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner’s Certificate (IMPC), the market-leading professional mediator qualification, accredited by Ofqual & CIArb UK. In 2019, I completed the Train the Trainers Certificate Course in Mindfulness, with Timeless Impact Academy (Germany).
