About Srini Datla

My passion is helping organizations design, build and operate intelligent products. Currently at Prajna, I am providing strategy and IT consulting to a few clients in transforming their engineering and manufacturing landscape. In addition I am building a supply chain to design and manufacture a two products in Bharat. At Siemens I helped our clients in Lifesciences, CPG and Retail, imagine and build intelligent products and service models. My focus is digital transformation by leveraging the power of IoT.Prior to Siemens, I led Capgemini's (Sogeti business unit) digital manufacturing service line for North America for 9 years. I turned around the practice, doubled it and changed the portfolio from PLM to engineering and digital manufacturing transformation services. Before joining Capgemini, I had extensive experience in PLM implementation at Siemens for 7 years and in CAD software development at PTC.My career began as a machine tool designer before my digital technology experiences started.
