• Established new development studio for THQ (THQ Studio Australia) in Brisbane in March 2003. Managed and employed over 80 development staff. Development studio was responsible for developing various licensed titles on multiple development platforms including Playstation 2 and 3, Nintendo Wii and DS, Microsoft Xbox 360. • Responsible for acquisition of Melbourne based Blue Tongue Studios for THQ. Managed acquisition and executive management post acquisition. Helped grow studio to 80+ employees. Blue Tongue developed highly acclaimed DeBlob franchise for Wii, 360 and Playstation 3.

• Established development studio for Electronic Arts on the Gold Coast in Australia. Remotely managed UK based highly acclaimed Shogun: Total War game on the PC.• Transferred to UK for one year to manage Electronic Arts UK studio in Chertsey. Oversaw product development including major titles Harry Potter and F1 Racing across multiple platforms.• Studio P&L responsibility for over 200 employees
