1981 – A model workshop was established in Istanbul Bayrampaşa under the title "İdeal Makina Pattern Shop" with the aim of producing models for foundries.1984 – İdeal Model and Casting Molds Inc. was established as a corporate entity. The company expanded its product range to include work on casting models, aluminum gravity die casting molds, sheet metal forming molds, glass molds, plastic injection molds, concrete pole molds, extrusion molds, forging molds, and die casting molds.1986 – Manufacturing of foundry machine parts began, followed by the production of foundry machines in response to increased demand from customers.1989 – The company received its first turnkey radiator foundry project order, which led to the start of turnkey engineering projects in addition to foundry machine manufacturing.1994 – Complete foundry plants were established in many developing countries such as Jordan, Ukraine, Sudan, Iraq, and Azerbaijan.1996 – A turnkey foundry was built in Kayseri, where all equipment was designed and produced by Ideal Model.2006 – "Refractory ramming machine" was designed for use in induction furnaces.2007 – The company produced its first casting ladle.2008 – Ideal Model designed and produced the riser sleeve plant for Çukurova Kimya.2012 – A spheroidal graphite casting pot was developed under the Rapid MG brand, and an industrial design patent was obtained.2016 – A patent was obtained for the automatic casting pot that the company designed and produced.TODAY – The company continues to be passionate about the sector and will continue to be present in every stage of the process, including consultancy, feasibility, design, project planning, production, installation, commissioning, and training, by closely following the continuously developing technologies in the casting industry and generating creative and innovative ideas from its accumulated experience.
