Playing a vital role in the overall journey from inquiry to getting nominations (apparel buyers/ brands)* Directly working with apparel brand/buyer`s designer to offer trim inspiration as the fashion trend, style, color & season.* Product Promotion & Presentation: Meeting with nominated buyers/brands for pre-seasonal product development & and approval.* Digitalisation in New Product Development: Leading to Trims, Packaging & Fashion Design Team (2D & 3D), Digital Sampling studio, and Product Studio.* Maintaining and Managing ERP, Database, Reporting & KPI.Product Categories: Metal Items (Shank Button, Snap Button, Rivet, Eyelet, Buckle, Tipping, Stopper, Badge, etc.), Polyester Buttons, Narrow Fabrics, Woven Label, Printed Label and screen Print, Heat Transfer Sticker, Offset Printed Paper items & and boxes, PET & Boards, Poly-Bag & Plastic items, PU/Leather patch items, and Gum Tape.

Roles and Responsibilities (Business/Product Development/Sourcing/Operation):* Promoting the Company to the International Brand, especially for the UK, USA andAustralia-based apparel brand (via online channels).* Communication and working closely with local & overseas buying offices for product nomination.* Supervise the team and ensure a smooth operation. Ensure company values and ethics are communicated and practiced within the team. Liaise with other departments where necessary. Involvement in critical issues for resolution.* Drive & Execute on-time product development and automation in coordination with the local Cross-functional team.* Enable Design, CS & Marketing/Sales team through product knowledge & solution, and training.Analyze Product costing along with Operation & Finance team to determine competitive & profitable pricing.* Periodic meetings with key RBOs key person or Merchandising teams to review service and performance and attend meetings on critical matters if required.* Analyse products to start a new project (along with Budgeting) for business development.* Coordinate with Production Team, Supply Chain & Finance to maximize opportunities across solutions. * Conduct various cost-saving initiatives to maximize profit.* Drive action and execution to achieve Functional KPIs.* Coordination and follow on new Material Sourcing & Operation by providing product development knowledge & work process.* ERP Module owner of Product Development and Sales module.

Roles and Responsibilities: * Promoting Company to the International Brand especially for UK, USA, HK and Australia based apparel brand. * Follow up closely Product Development (Woven Label, Printed Fabric Label, Hang Tag, Packaging Box, Sticker, Heat Transfer, Elastic, Satin Ribbon, Cotton Ribbon, Polyester/Nylon/Cotton Yarn) as per buyer requirement. * Follow up and coordinate with Production Planing and Quality Control Team (Woven, PFL, Tag, Thermal printing, Dyeing, Elastic, Ribbon Department) to maximize productivity and minimize the possibility of errors and thus ensure good quality output on time. * Consumption check with production team to prepare product costing. * Communicate with overseas offices and buyers for product/business development. * Raw material Sourcing and price negotiation with suppliers (Domestic & Global). * Organizing and participating into the meeting with buyers of home & abroad. * Prepare monthly Business & Product development report and KPI. * New product analysis to start new project-business. * Internal auditor of EMS (Environmental Management System), QMS (Quality Management System), FSC-COC (Forest Stewardship Council - Chain Of Custody) & OEKO-TEX.

Roles and Responsibilities: * ERP - SAP - Material Management & Sales Distribution related problem solve & train up end user of SAP.* Material Master creation with specification in SAP for new material (Fabric & Accessories).* Style & Color wise BOM sheet check in SAP for sample & bulk.* Sales Order & PO check to advise SAP end user to receive & issue material (As per req).* Physical Inventory Management follow up in ERP - SAP.* Updating the SAP-MM manuals and versions and updating the end users.* Coordinate with SD, PP, FI, CO team to manage the solution to standard + customized / configuration / Interface. * Raw material sourcing for Nike buyer's PO ID label and Packing label production.* Info Chain Express software & Avery Dennison's Label Printer troubleshooting & installation.

Roles and Responsibilities:* Style & Color wise BOM sheet check for sample & bulk.* Material Master Creation.* Goods receipt, Issue and Sister concern's transaction follow up.* Work simultaneously with Sales, Import, Production Planning, Finance, Costing team for ERP/SAP Project.* Physical Inventory Management in ERP software SAP.* ERP - SAP - Material Management & Development related problem solve & train up end user of SAP.* Monthly & Periodical reporting.
