Many clients are confidential, but we were pleased to have supplied claims and support services to CarweB/HPI for 4 years and settled every one with no legal action whilst protecting the brand.We also run Diamond Lettings which has a strong ethical slant managing both our own and others' properties in Kent.I have focused most of my time in recent years to ADR, Employment Law, and Contractual advice and guidance whilst serving on the Board of several Companies as a N.E.D. and also as an Executive Director of R&B Engineering Ltd in Dover. I was Chairman of a Charity providing caring services to adults with learning difficulties until passing the reigns during the merger to Age UK and remained as Treasurer. I was also Treasurer to Harrietsham Preschool for 3 years.I specialise in dealing with problems, strategy, taking control of specific projects (or a whole Department) leaving the existing Directors to take care of day to day business. I headed up the (then newly formed) Computer Claims division acting on behalf of major insurers. This gave me training on all aspects of claims and a chance to gain full professional qualification. I had no idea at the time that I would later use these skills in arbitration and mediation.

We pioneered the use of PCs as terminals to ICL Mainframes and with a support staff of 57 myself and 2 colleagues were responsible for converting this expertise into revenue for the Marley subsidiary. We achieved over 50% penetration into ICL mainframe sites within 2 years and became by far the largest reseller of Future Computers. We ended up being the technical support for our largest suppliers!
