Working remotely to review SOWs and implement projects as part of a Managed Services Provider. We host our own Desktop-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service environments, as well as support on-premises for some customers. Projects may include infrastructure migrations or deployments to our IaaS or Azure, Barracuda security integration, Office 365 migrations, DUO MFA implementations, infrastructure & Citrix assessments, and any other offerings we may sell. Documentation for clients as well as handoff to our internal service desk is a regular activity.

Consolidate the current Citrix technologies, as well as design & implement upgrade plans for current product offerings. Primary activities include cleaning up unused & EOL devices (physical & virtual) to ease migration and reduce clutter. Implemented a new Virtual Apps & Desktops 1912 LTSR Site. This goes alongside documenting the environments to aid in the design. Citrix products include Presentation Server 4.5, XenApp 5.0-6.5 Suite, XenApp/XenDesktop 7.15 Suite, Provisioning Services, XenServer, and NetScalers. Responsibilities also include Active Directory management, Infoblox DHCP, RSA devices, F5 load balancers, and some ESX.

Mostly performed remote implementations and supported customers’ Citrix infrastructures, primarily covering XenApp/XenDesktop Suite, XenServer, and NetScaler, as well as Microsoft Exchange, all running on VMWare ESX and Citrix XenServer hosts. Client profiles mostly include banking, media, law firms, and healthcare. Developed most of the internal and deliverable documentation format, as well as branding. Also responsible for the company's internal infrastructure including monitoring with WhatsUp Gold, backups, and environment’s health.
