Senior Appraiser
Current* Completes a variety of agricultural land, agricultural facility, rural and recreational land appraisals meeting USPAP guidelines and Association policies both within and outside Association lending territory* Composes complex and large value appraisals, including water rights* Develops, maintains, enhances and updates automated valuation models for irrigated and non-irrigated land classifications* Engages and assists in training lending staff in valuation tools* Researches, analyzes and maintains current sales data for multiple areas in Association lending territory* Writes annual trend analysis to communicate data analyzed* Maintains Certified General Appraiser license and designation in good standing through continuing education selection and attendance* Teaches colleagues in appraisal, analysis and valuation techniques* Designed and implemented DataLog rule sets, adapted and wrote manual for rule sets.
