Programme and Stream Lead management in multiple Costs Performance Improvements programmes:Accountability for driving delivery including:• Driving the Project Managers to define and maintain their delivery plan• Manage the budgets• Management of activities against the plan• Seeking support or guidance through escalation to resolve delivery issues• Driving the Project Managers keep the RAID (risk, assumption, issue and dependencies) log up to date• Active management of RAID log items• In particular, actively managing dependencies• Managing a definitive list of the work products that they will produce• Define the quality standards that apply to the products • Guiding the team on activities to be undertaken• Reviewing materials produced and providing feedback as appropriate• Managing team availability (e.g. planning cover during vacations and training) including 3rd parties management• Supporting the change team with the identification of stakeholders and facilitating engagement• Preparing training and communications materials as an input to Change Team led activities

- Head of Migration, Testing & Workflow Centres of Excellence and Security Bundle- Accountable for coordination of the introduction of new or changes to existing , service activities into the computing environment. Responsible for resolution of escalations on project related issues - Accountable for coordinating the development of and maintaining the CoE and related services roadmaps. - Plays a key role in influencing and aligning stakeholders to leverage standardized services, use of best practices, and in the most appropriate use of available technologies to address business requirements. - Accountable to assure alignment in Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements between the business, IT, and the Suppliers.- Responsible to create, manage, maintain, and enforce Enterprise Services standards and best practices in the successful integrated delivery of technologies within the scope of the CoE. - Accountable for driving and coordinating the development of the CoE and Services roadmap with architects, business IT and Suppliers. - Provide consulting and guidance to projects to develop cost estimates, attain resources, qualify and conduct proof of concept work, use of standards and reusable components, and in all phases prior to and after the formal stage gates defined in the Project Delivery Framework. - Assure the planned use of a technology to address business requirements is appropriate and sustainable or recommend alternatives. - Assure processes are in place and effectively executed to address systemic issues within the scope of the CoE across all relevant suppliers.

Main responsibilities will include: - Leading the execution of IT audits in the various lines of business and functions within Shell - Developing the IT audit programme applicable to the agreed scope of a particular audit.- Contributing IT audit expertise to the development of the audit programme with respect to IT risk matters relevant to the scope of business, IT and financial audits,- Lead a team of business, finance and IT auditors to execute the agreed audit work programme,- Performing and assisting other team members to perform IT audit procedures, identifying and defining issues which constitute controls weaknesses, - Reviewing and analysing audit evidence and documenting identified IT control weaknesses and co developing effective suggested improvements to mitigate the business risks;- Applying independent judgment in the evaluation of the effectiveness of IT controls and working collaboratively with management to identify remedial actions where controls weaknesses pose a material to the business;- Communicating the results of audits via written reports and oral presentations to senior management and the Chief Internal Auditor;- Pursuing professional development opportunities, including external and internal IT and audit training and professional association certifications, and sharing information gained with colleagues;- Adhering to IT audit professional standards and norms, and- Contributing to the development of IT audit skills within Shell Internal Audit- Business processes- Outsourcing- General Controls- Contract & Procurement- Governance- Large Programmes- Service Management

- Global accountability for B2B / Lubes (18,000+ users)- Asia Pacific and Middle East accountability for Manufacturing Supply and Distribution & Global Solutions (3,500+ users)- Downstream accountability for Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands (3,500+ users)Main scope of activities:- Global IT Infrastructure (ITS) alignment with the Downstream Organisation and strengthening of the governance bodies- Incident and Problem Management- Manage Situations End to End- Maintain Business Relationships- Support Projects- Monitor Impact of Change Requests- Management of the global B2B/Lubes Service Integration Managers (SIM) team. - Working across multiple time zones and geographic boundaries on virtual global business teams- Working on divestment projects and due diligence activities End to End management of IT services delivery to the Downstream businesses- Performance Management - Monthly operations reviews, service management, etc.- Proactive Service Assurance - End to End Integration- Further Development/Enhancement of E2E Activities across Infrastructure and Applications- Problem Management Coordination- Service Improvement Projects Service Assurance Projects or Business-specific needs.- Coaching delivery staff on Service Management and Business Impact

- Creation of a standard IT network compliant for Shell and mandataires- GBS-Sun implementation (1st GBS implementation, ERP for Lpg business)- Contract and Service Level Agreements management in Shell (e.g. SITI) and 3rd parties e.g. Getronics- IT network maintenance (150 users)- Support of business applications (incl. helpdesk)- Ensure Group IT standards are in place
