As an Site IT Leader - India I have the opportunity to support all our clients with a range of technical aspects. From desktop, server and virtualization support to end user training and education on new technologies, to system integrations and automation. My role as an Manager - Digital Workplace Services is to create a bridge between our internal customers and their internal services, whilst helping them understand the benefits of technology at every stage of the customer's journey. I am passionate about IT in general and more specifically technology that can help transform peoples lives around the world
