PlateRate is an immediate customer feedback product for restaurants that allows restaurant managers to immediately receive and react to poor feedback. It also gathers the information for restaurant managers to analyze their best features, rate their servers and gather contact information from frequent customers. I am tasked with helping all aspects of getting the product off the ground from beta-testing to a full-fledged ready for market product. This includes identifying target businesses and sectors as well as creating a full sales strategy from initial introduction through customer management.

Technology Seed provides managed IT services for the SMB New England Market. I was in charge of identifying new clients and markets as well as keeping current clients up-to-date on technological, regulatory and legal changes that could affect their company.

Athleague before our merger with IMLeagues was a provider for over 50 colleges and universities to run, schedule and manage their intramural program. I worked with intramural directors, athletic directors and students to both add to the number of schools using Athleague as well as continuously innovate the website with new features and a simple, easy to use user interface. I also performed competitive analysis on the market and adjacent markets to make the best business and financial decisions for Athleague.

Renaissance Electronics is a hardware manufacturer providing radio frequency products for both commercial and industrial projects. As Product Line Manager, I was responsible for overseeing every aspect of the RF Subsystems including sales, marketing, engineering and production. I created the go to market plan with the customer and industry focus, sales strategy, pricing, forecasting and success metrics.
