Adionics is a start up founded in 2012 with the ambition to reinvent desalination by developing taylor made massive/selective desalination solutions and being the first smart desalination technology. Main achievements:* leading a strategy based on rapid prototyping and valuable salts valorisation like Lithium,* securing major R&D and industrial partnerships and the first commercial deals,* building a culture based on projects and trust,* ultimately making a roughly € 3m fundraising process successful in support to the Founder and securing an additional € 2,4m financing from industrials and state subsidies.

It was a great position to observe the company, its strategy and mid/long term stakes, and in the mean time take care of every single employee with the purpose to leverage the company vision and objectives.I manage a team of 30+ passionate people like a BU to propose a training offer and modules consistent with the company needs in terms of competences and change management. We try also to leverage the unique network of campuses (21 in the world) to offer training services to our external stakeholders. For example, we designed a complete programme to go along with the transformation of Veolia Water France. We sold and delivered as well a very innovative 3 months training & internship courses to the technical managers of the Body in charge of drinking water in Luanda, EPAL.I put in place an MSc in Sustainable Management in partnership with Imperial College of London (academic part completed by the 1st cohort).I was in the same time an administrator of Opcalia, a body managing around €700m funds dedicated to vocational training for 95 000 adherent companies.

I was in charge of the internal university, "Aquademy", designed to foster the technological transfers within the array of business units and develop some key competences around project management and multicultural leadership.In parallel, I organised some internal seminars (top 1000 managers of Veolia Water, some communities of practitioners). In particular, I piloted the Innovation Awards jury and ceremony in 2011.

After 2 years in tendering as SCADA system tender engineer and 3 projects won I took over the management of contracts based on complex Scada and predictive maintenance systems in Ukraine (€19m - World Bank), China and Peru. • Satisfaction of the Clients both during the contracts execution and afterwards• Improvement of the margins either through amendments to the contracts (Ukrainian projects) or Procurement savings.

In charge of the local project management (team of 4 people) for the renovation and construction of two hydropower plants for the National Electrical Operator (PT PLN) and the Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia. • Kept to the budget of the local part (procurement and services) and secured a €600k amendment for extra works• Obtained the final acceptance certificate for the contract with PLN.
