Member of the Asset Management project group, concerned with the implementation of maintenance and asset management techniques in the organisation. I worked on several projects, including:- Evaluation and implementation of maintenance reference plans based on Risk Based Maintenance for the tram and metro infrastructure. For several key infrastructural elements the concept plans were evaluated and first steps in the implementation were taken.- Analysis of rail infrastructure measurement data and development of methods ideas to incorporate the use of data into the maintenance organisation.- Creating tender documentation for the rail infrastructure measurements- Coördination of the IRISsys pilot project to improve the analysis capabilities of the rail infrastructure measurements
