The amnesic incognito live system (Tails) is an open source operating system that is geared towards providing the highest level of security for its users. Tails has recently called for testing on their 2.0 release which now utilizes Debian 8. Because of this migration, all installed software must be tested and security claims re-validated. • Test configuration of pre-installed software and insure proper security settings are set as default• Insure security configurations of pre-installed browser plug-ins and behavior when modified to less secure settings• Test if browser properly connects through onion and is consistently routed through said exit node• Download files to persistent space and check contents after multiple instances• Check compatibility through multiple hardware interfaces to insure behavior is consistent
