CPA with experience in private industry and public accounting. Experienced in GAAP basis financial statements including the consolidation of international affiliates, as well as in the preparation of individual and business tax returns, and overseeing daily accounting functions (accounts payable, billing, payroll, policy development, budgeting). Instrumental in development and implementation of financial controls and processes for domestic and international operations. Active with the Mercer County Chapter of the NJ Society of CPA's as a past president. Currently serving as a member of the NJCPA Scholarship Committee.
