Senior Vice President Operations + People
CurrentIn this role, I oversee all operations, including staff recruitment and training, sales, financial management, P&L, payroll, benefits administration, salon operations, location sourcing, and customer service. I also work to expand the brand by meeting with potential franchisees to review business plans and determine qualifications to move to the next step of meeting with the executive board for final approval. Some achievements include: Building the company from the ground up and expanding the brand to unprecedented franchise sales in the first year. Developing a revolutionary business and labor model, the first in-concept payroll model in the industry, to redefine and improve grooming operations and best practices. Defining and incorporating a tiered membership fee to offer services according to a set sales structure, which benefits both the client and business and promotes customer retention and repeat business. Driving continuous process improvements, including store maps and fixture upgrades, to increase efficiency, safety, and quality and reduce operational expenses.
