Intel Security spun off to McAfee as of April 2017• Designed interfaces that are both intuitive and coherent with company style guides (Intel Security and McAfee)• Key member of a new and small cross-functional team of five (5); The team efforts increased McAfee’s applications weekly active users doubled in 6 months. • Proposed and produced wireframes, prototypes and user flow specifications to improve our multi-platform (iOS, Android, Native Windows, Native Mac, +browser extension) application. • Reduced external agency spending by creating roughly 50 unique vector illustrations (static and animated). • Worked with clients in Scotland, front & back-end developers and user experience designers to deliver financial and retirement calculators on aggressive deadlines. • Redesigned Standard Life’s largest secured website, affecting over 1 million customers within Canada, before consulting an agency to streamline the user experience and development. • Recommended by management to oversee various projects created by other departments; oversaw junior and intermediate designers’ and developers’ work to ensure quality and creative output for Standard Life clients, while ensuring on time and on budget delivery. • Collaborated with the Digital Strategy team to ensure outstanding user experience for apps • Presentations in front of auditorium-sized audiences (ranging from stakeholders, IT specialists to managers and Vice Presidents) • Was in demand as a go-to person for creative and innovative UI designs• Refreshed Standard Life’s web guidelines for transactional sites• Coded web pages in HTML and CSS

• Photographed and retouched Standard Life’s VPs, managers and sales team.• Filmed and edited multiple internal videos including Health Yourself, including three (3) members of the executive committee. • Created animated videos for features on Standard Life’s products.

After a few years of working experience under my belt, I felt the need to branch out to a different medium (web design) as well as being able to push my creative boundaries. Within the year of freelancing for clients throughout Canada and the United States, I also created several personal projects one of which was titled Beyond Earth.It is a series of illustrated representations of planets in printed and digital formats. The idea was to illustrate them as if we lived at the pinnacle of space travel. I was working with Focus Lab part-time (www.focuslabllc.com). While under surpervision of the Art Director, I was leading web projects, dealing with clients directly across the United States. I was redesigning the user interface (UI) of the client's sites. In most cases, I had to use my user experience skills to ehance their site's flow.
