Welcome to Stefanie’s profile. Careers integrating elements and practicum in education, psychology and business have provided me with an important and various perspective of the challenges facing modern markets, in particular vocational and professional organizations. As the millennium changed, I, then at hotel management school continued to focus intently upon the value and implementation of competency-based processes. The challenge I faced as a polymath was navigating the many diverse industries and enterprises, experiencing new dimensions and challenges with each assignment. Navigating beyond individual enterprises to consult with associations such as a credit management association and the complicated challenges of the growing shared service centers so prominent in Europe; particularly important to the critical Order-to-Cash cycle of Trade. These additional experiences added depth and substance to the model and resulting solutions further fine-tuned the model.Recently, consulting on a United Nations development program whose specific objective was to optimize resource allocation, I was able to introduce alignment suggestions to facilitate interaction among partners, private enterprises and the various United Nations organizations.
