Heavy focus on working with Enterprise organisations to best understand their current environment as well as their future direction. Putting together a complete Mobile First solution, utilising a range of fit for purpose product and/or services, bundled into a mobile rate plan. Allowing organisations to build a mobile solution specific to their needs, one which could scale efficiently depending on the needs of the organisation and their respective employee base.

Managed key customer accounts, engaging with senior key stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met. A heavy focus on engaging multiple departments within the account with a view to further expand product and/or service offerings and grow the account.

Managed the end user customer support team, implementing processes changes and managing relationships with key customer stakeholders regarding the delivery of products and/or services.

Running approved reporting and system testing while also overseeing the ongoing mystery shopping program for McDonalds in the Uk, Spain, Portugal, Denmark and Belgium.
