I began at AppleCare Medical Management on March 27th, 2013 as a Report Processor and Administrative Assistant. My key responsibilities included data analysis and data mining on quality of care, patient usage of services, claims data, and scheduling a few meetings for our Medical Director, Dr. Jeffrey Tipton.

Since Dr. Alavy has his fingers in many different pies I am usually responsible for opening and closing the office. I do a lot of traditional filing, e-filing, and making and taking calls.
