I'm Shadan Khan, and my educational journey includes both a diploma and a degree in architecture.Over the years, I've had the privilege of receiving various awards on both national and international levels for my academic projects. Notable awards include recognition from AYDA (Asia Young Designer Awards), COA(Council of Architecture) Best Thesis Award, Ultra Tech- Low Cost Housing Award, and FOAID-kinetic Installation Award etc.Currently, I am immersed in a dynamic role at Design Forum International(DFI) where I am project architect where i am controlling a large scale group housing project.Additionally, I've had to work at G P Mathur, where I was indulge in large-scale projects, with a particular focus on housing solutions. One noteworthy project I've been involved with is "The Amarllis," a prominent addition to Delhi's skyline, situated in the heart of the capital, Central Delhi.Additionally, I've had the privilege to work with Ar. Abhay Narkar, the principal architect at Vertex Inc. During my tenure there, I contributed to the design of Mumbai's renowned designer Amit Aggarwal's and Tina Tahilani's retail stores. I've also had the opportunity to work on museum and exhibition designs, further diversifying my architectural portfolio.As an architect, my passion lies in creating spaces that serve humanity.My thesis, "Re-Thinking for Hunger through Architecture," reflects this commitment. Its vision revolves around using architectural spaces to raise awareness about food wastage and encourage people to help the less fortunate by sharing surplus food, either directly or through organizations dedicated to this cause"Any work of architecture which does not express serenity is a mistake."Luis Barragan
