Working with the executive team to set the marketing strategy for the business.• Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.• Lead Generation• Overseeing and implementing marketing campaigns.• Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to theexecutive team.• Manage CRM and database of prospects and customers• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.• Budget management• Create the content for the company's marketing materials, including the websiteand brochures.• Overseeing the company’s attendance at exhibitions and conferences

• Maintaining and managing event guest lists - including invitations, RSVPs, attendance lists, documentation and follow-up• Updating and maintaining database records• Recruiting, organising and liaising with volunteers• Drafting and sending correspondence to key supporters• Assisting and representing Women for Women International at events, including set up and break down• Editing and reviewing Women for Women documents & emails before publication• Note taking at meetings, setting up meetings via Microsoft Suite• Working within the framework of Women for Women International’s core values and in compliance with its equal opportunities policy

• Assist with database entries and special projects as assigned• Filing, photocopying, organising materials and preparing information packets for alumni volunteers for Admissions and Faculty visits abroad • Assist with Alumni inquiries • Assist with mass mailings
