What’s worse than getting errors? Not knowing about them.I am passionate about bringing to light ways business can improve through data. These days, everything is accounted for, from how long your conversation was with your insurance agent on the phone to how many times you’ve played your favorite song and recommendations for you once you get sick of it. This is the era of big data. Without collecting this information, we are left with assumptions that everything is fine. I’ve led a team of data analysts using Power BI to improve results at a call center, making sure people get correct answers faster. I’ve created reports as an IT engineer to make sure students on campus had computers that worked for them and worked well. Most recently, I've created end to end Power BI solutions to help drive data driven decisions in the Philanthropies Department at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
