The PushSpring Audience Marketplace is the number one way for advertising agencies and brands to buy custom audience targeting data to use in their campaigns. In addition to our own proprietary data set of app ownership on mobile devices ('people who have Netflix and Hulu but no music streaming apps') and Personas built around them ('Avid Runners', 'Boat Owners'), we also resell data from 34 leading data brokers. This gives advertisers unprecedented abilities to combine data sets across providers and target exactly who they want to reach with their campaigns.PushSpring's Audience Console is the easiest way for advertisers to reach exactly who they want to, and is used by hundreds of advertising agencies monthly. We make it easy to build audiences, learn about them, and export them to all of the leading advertising platforms, including Google, The Trade Desk, and social platforms like Facebook and Snap.

  • Zumobi
    Vice President And Cto
    Zumobi Oct 2006 - May 2011
    Seattle, Wa, Us
Zumobi works with major media brands to build apps for mobile phones and tablets, and then monetizes those apps with its own ad sales force and ad network build around its BrandBlast technology. At Zumobi, I helped steer the company through major pivots (hey, it's a startup) and designed and led the implementation of the technology platforms that underly the company's offerings. In 2006. Zumobi (originally ZenZui) spun out of Microsoft (pre iPhone) and built an early mobile widget platform. The technology stack included an html-like layout language and javascript compiler/runtime that ran on the smartphones of the day (Windows Mobile and BlackBerry 4.x/5.x), as well as a centralized server that intermediated communications between the widgets on the phones and back-end data services provided by major media partners (like weather.com, traffic.com, amazon.com shopping, mtv news, etc). At peak we had over 150 widgets (called Tiles) available through our Tile Catalog (app store). When the iPhone was released, I steered a major technology pivot from mobile widgets to mobile apps with our brand partners.Post-iPhone, we pivoted and built a technology platform for quickly producing ad-supported content apps for iOS and Android, working with some of the biggest media brands in the world (including MSNBC.com, Motor Trend Magazine, the Today show) and building an innovative rich media advertising platform that went way beyond banners.
