•Primary escalation point for all support cases involving workloads in geo-redundant, collocated datacenters for IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) clients andRemote Desktop collection clients, ranging from WAN and VPN connectivity toadvanced Remote Desktop Services troubleshooting.•Project Management and Project Implementations involving Microsoft 365migrations, whole office network and systems upgrades/rollouts, migrations fromon-premises to co-located datacenters, and complete Remote Desktop collectiondeployments.•Assisting the sales and business development team with solution design andarchitecture, utilizing industry leading hardware and software solutions to fit theneeds of client’s and their industry vertical.•First line escalation for phishing, malware, and ransomware remediation.Responsibilities included securing client environments post-mortem, as well asworking with incident response teams to collect logs related to the incident, parsedata, and implement security policy changes with comprehensive documentation.•Responsible for assisting in the resolution of all Major Incidents, ranging fromtroubleshooting WAN/LAN issues impacting production of a single client totroubleshooting and resolving issues with datacenter connectivity impacting 100+clients simultaneously.
