After the sale of RND Automation to Saw Mill Capital, I continue to run the FL operations as President as we search for additional M&A targets. Exited the company in Oct 2022 to explore other interests. Also charged with CTO role for CAS Holdings (RND Automation / iAutomation / PanelTek) to lead all technical, engineering and IT efforts for all companies under the CAS Holdings banner.

I sit on the Board of Directors of the Sarasota / Manatee Manufacturers' Association (SAMA). SAMA's efforts are targeted at making the Sarasota-Manatee area a superior environment for manufacturing.

As part of Sidel USA, the world’s largest packaging and conveying company with earnings over $290MM/year, managed a division that consisted of a team of 15 designers and engineers as well as 25 machine assemblers and electricians to produce a variety of custom and standard automation machines and robotic work cells.* Managed all aspects of engineering and manufacturing at the Bradenton facility. Reported directly to the General Manager and responsible for the technical and financial success of all projects for 2 divisions totaling $15-20 million per year.* In a span of six months led a division that had lost $500,000 and through technical and managerial changes, produced a division that made a $750,000 profit the next year.* Developed new tools to aid in project scheduling and proposal generation resulting in 25% decrease in proposal generation time.* Responsible for defending Sidel and GEBO patents by analyzing possible infringements. Worked closely with legal counsel when legal action was required.* Responsible for working with the lead Product Manager (sales) to maintaining a highly competent, well trained, and motivated staff.* Implemented an ISO 9001 quality system, wrote many of the procedure documents

PGT Industries is a large manufacturer of hurricane resistant windows, doors and patios. In the Automation Engineering department I designed and managed the creation of machinery for the processing of raw materials and assembly of the window and door products.

Polypack is a leading manufacturer of shrink-wrap machinery. As a Project engineer I designed and managed the assembly of multiple machines simultaneously. Many standard machines required both mechanical and electrical custom modifications.
