Her creative process is participatory and iterative. She places a high value on in-person working sessions where information and facts are transformed into ideas and messages through a variety of methods. She draws from the principles of design thinking, rhetoric, and literary narrative structure to help budding speakers create thought leadership platforms, startups get funded, and small teams in large organizations spark significant change to company culture and process.
